    This really does exist. It's right under the Capitol dome and houses 
staff of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (and maybe 
their Senate counterparts; I've only visited HPSCI people there). The 
office spaces are government-ordinary but there is a pretty neat, if 
smallish, hearings room where the intelligence community pooh-bahs give 
testimony on Really Secret Stuff.
