I've just heard that a Nimrod of the Royal Air Force crashed yesterday during a display in Toronto (?) , Canada. Unfortuneately, all seven crew members were killed. This is the second crash involving Nimrods in the past couple of months, when a Nimrod had to ditch in the sea north of its base in Lossiemouth, Scotland. The last I heard, the black box had not been recovered from the Toronto crash. Apparently, the aircraft banked steeply at the end of its display, when its nose dropped very low and the aircraft hit the sea.
