Two nice angle shots, much clearer and well lighted than the one in the A&S issue, show the size of the immense relative wing span. Often getting this Mag confused with the other (?) Air Power one, I'm not sure which is which, but it's worth browsing through. Nice close up of the B-2 on the cover. See ya! regards, ________ BaDge ------------------------------ From: mangan@Kodak.COM (Paul Mangan) Date: Sat, 23 Sep 95 10:23:07 EDT Subject: Re: E-3C Sentry crash I'm checking with my son to see if he knew any or the reason suspected for the crash. I'll let all know if I find out anything. This is the first crash of an AWACS. Closest before was a test dive in Washington that tore the tail off but did not affect the plane. Swedish television showed a program about a reconditioned Lansen. A group of enthusiasts (retired guys) celebrated the 50 year annivarsary of F10 in Angelholm. It felt very good in my heart. Maybe rest of europe will see she too. ------------------------------ End of Skunk Works Digest V5 #434 ********************************* To subscribe to skunk-works-digest, send the command: subscribe skunk-works-digest in the body of a message to "majordomo@mail.orst.edu".
