According to a note I scribbled late one evening, Mr Bill can be found at: 72212.3421@compuserve.com I have absolutely no validation of this, however. - --Brett ------------------------------ From: tcrobi@most.fw.hac.com (Tom Robison) Date: Fri, 13 Dec 1996 10:18:57 +0000 Subject: off-topic question A group of on-line friends and I like to talk Naval History. There appears to be no mailing list extant for such discussions. Does anyone here know of such a list? Does anyone here know of anyone who would like to be the owner/operator of such a list? Please reply off-list. It is very accurate. I can convert it to .dxf, but I need to know what sort of entities you prefer - polyline, polyface, trace or 3Dface? Usually, people prefer polyline or polyface. BTW - I later added pylons to turn this into a DC-130. We did simulations of a DC-130 dropping the Firebee and Chukar II, using CFD. In return, I am still looking for good computer models of the F-117. The one I downloaded from Avalon is OK, but will need a lot of work to become a CFD model. - ------------------------------------------------------------------- David Lednicer | "Applied Computational Fluid Dynamics" Analytical Methods, Inc. | email: dave@amiwest.com 2133 152nd Ave NE | tel: (206) 643-9090 Redmond, WA 98052 USA | fax: (206) 746-1299 ------------------------------ End of skunk-works-digest V5 #751a **********************************
