Let me know if this is better :) George -----Original Message----- From: mailman-bounces@eagle.netwrx1.org [mailto:mailman-bounces@eagle.netwrx1.org] On Behalf Of Andreas Gehrs-Pahl Sent: Monday, February 10, 2014 10:19 AM To: George Kasica Subject: Skunk Works List Setup George, After your previous change of the Skunk Works List on September 18, 2013, all list emails contained the Name of the sender in the "From:" field of the email, but all email addresses were changed to , so the actual email address of the sender was hidden/unknown. After your latest changes, the "From:" field of all Skunk Works emails is now set to always show the following (super long) Name, as well as the same email address for all list emails: From: "Discussion of interest to Lockheed Advanced Development Company (LADC), also known as the Skunk Works, as our list name suggests." This means, that now it is not only impossible to email the sender off-list, as the real email address isn't included, but it is now even impossible to determine who actually sent the email, unless the sender included some sort of signature in the email itself. Please change the Skunk Works List to show the actual Sender's Name and Email Address in the "From:" header field, exactly as it was set in the originally sent email to the list address by each individual sender. This will also help with the Archive web-interface, where the Author is now shown as the same for all posts.
